Get involved in our association\u2019s activities<\/h2>\n

Qb4 regularly organises various chess-related activities: tournaments<\/b>, lessons<\/b>, courses<\/b> and events to promote <\/b>the game. Volunteers play a key role in ensuring these initiatives run smoothly.<\/p>\n

Depending on your availability<\/b> and the logistical<\/b> requirements<\/b> of the events, you may be asked to take part in various tasks.<\/p>\n

In particular, they can help with <\/span>welcoming players<\/b>, <\/span>guiding participants<\/b>, <\/span>managing the playing areas<\/b> or providing <\/span>logistical support<\/b> during the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

Their presence helps to <\/span>streamline the overall organisation <\/b>of the tournament and provide players and visitors with a <\/span>pleasant and well-organised environment<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Become a trainer<\/h2>\n

Certain educational activities, in particular chess lessons<\/b> and courses<\/b>, require the involvement of qualified instructors.<\/p>\n

To ensure high-quality supervision, staff must:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • accredited by FIDE<\/b>, or<\/li>\n
  • professional players<\/b> with proven experience in the field of chess.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    These requirements ensure that the teaching is tailored to the participants\u2019 different levels.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    If you wish, we can also direct you to suitable training courses approved by the International Federation.<\/p>\n
